This page summarises what our Terms of service say about billing, cancellation and refunds.

Free trial

Each new organisation gets a 14-day free trial with no card needed.

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance in GBP, plus VAT where it applies, and renew automatically each month until cancelled.

You can cancel at any time from Manage billing. Access continues until the end of the paid period.

We do not give refunds for part months unless the law requires one.
