Who we are
ProjectPulse AI is provided by Kapstone Communications Ltd, registered in England, company number 11202662, registered office 6 Hockley Hill, Hockley, Birmingham B18 5AA. Contact: info@kapcomgroup.com.
Business use
The service is for business use. By using it you confirm you are acting for a business or organisation and not as a consumer.
Accounts and organisations
You must give accurate account details and keep your sign-in secure. Data belongs to an organisation; its owners and admins control who is a member and which role each member has. You are responsible for activity carried out by your organisation's members.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, including by attempting to access other organisations' data, interfering with its security or operation, uploading unlawful content, or using it to break the law.
Free trial
Each new organisation gets a 14-day free trial with no card needed, limited to 3 active projects and 10 reports. When the trial ends the organisation becomes read-only until a plan is chosen: your data is kept and stays viewable, but new projects and reports cannot be added.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance in GBP, plus VAT where it applies, and renew automatically each month until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe. Plan limits are as shown on the pricing page. Plan changes take effect as shown at checkout or in the billing portal.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from Manage billing. Access continues until the end of the paid period. We do not give refunds for part months unless the law requires one. See our Refund policy.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, the account may become read-only until payment is made.
Price changes
We will give at least 30 days' notice by email before a price change takes effect.
Your data
You own your project data. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy policy. AI drafts can contain errors, so you are responsible for reviewing reports before approving them.
Availability and support
Support is provided by email. We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee any level of uptime.
Liability
Our total liability under these terms is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you seriously or repeatedly breach these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will show the date of the latest version on this page and tell you by email about significant changes.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
